Terms & Conditions – 77myr Platform User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", or "your") and 77myr (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the 77myr platform accessible at https://77myr.net (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager on any game or event offered through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the 77myr Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• Be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on any national or operator-level exclusion scheme applicable to you;
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep such information updated.

77myr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 77myr Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different credentials, constitute a breach of this Agreement. 77myr reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any balances or winnings associated with them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact 77myr support immediately via the live chat function available on the Platform.

77myr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available in Account Settings and adds a significant layer of protection against unauthorised access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Currency

All transactions on the 77myr Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by 77myr.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed on the 77myr deposit page at the time of transaction, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, and FPX bank transfer (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and other participating banks). Minimum deposit amounts are specified at the point of transaction. 77myr does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be submitted to a payment account that has been verified under your 77myr account. Withdrawal requests to unverified or third-party payment accounts will not be processed. 77myr reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more will be classified as dormant. 77myr may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant account balances as notified in the Fee Schedule published on the Platform. Members will be notified via their registered contact method before dormancy fees commence.

5. Betting Rules and Wagering Policy

All bets placed on the 77myr Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, which are displayed within the game interface or within the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market.

77myr reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or placed in a manner that 77myr reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of a pricing error or system malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's account wallet.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, 77myr may make available bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional offers to eligible Members (collectively "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each Promotion at the time of offer. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Promotions are available to registered Members aged 21 years or older only;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each Promotion;
• 77myr reserves the right to withdraw any Promotion from a Member who is suspected of abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, hedging strategies, or other conduct inconsistent with genuine play;
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated;
• 77myr reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77myr Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, pricing anomalies, or system vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent betting;
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 77myr staff or other members;
• Any other conduct that 77myr reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its members.

77myr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit any balance or winnings associated with such conduct, and report such conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77myr Platform, including but not limited to game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, software, and data compilations, is the property of 77myr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 77myr.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77myr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption, even where 77myr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77myr's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their 77myr account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 77myr's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10. Privacy and Data

Your personal data is collected and processed by 77myr in accordance with the 77myr Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

77myr is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to assist Members in managing their gaming activity. These tools are accessible in Account Settings at all times without requiring a support request. 77myr encourages Members to use these tools proactively. 12. Suspension, Termination and Account Closure

77myr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, with or without notice, where:

• A Member breaches any provision of this Agreement;
• A Member's account is subject to a law enforcement or regulatory request;
• 77myr reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• A Member requests self-exclusion or account closure.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 77myr support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment account after deduction of any applicable fees, and provided no outstanding withdrawal conditions remain.

13. Amendments to These Terms

77myr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where amendments are material, 77myr will endeavour to notify registered Members via their registered contact method or via a notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77myr holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the 77myr internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
